General Liability


- Coverage for Explosion, Collapse and Underground (XCU) must not be excluded. This may be typed on the Certificate of Insurance as “XCU not excluded”
- Must provide copies of Additional Insured Endorsement forms (CG 2010 and CG 2037 or their equivalents) for both ongoing and completed operations in addition to the certificate of insurance. Blanket Endorsements are also acceptable.
- Must provide a copy of the Primary and Non-Contributory form in addition to the certificate of insurance. Blanket Endorsement are also acceptable.
